I joined Claremont nursery in July 2010 as the cook. I work part time in the mornings and cook meals fresh every day. I have achieved my Level 2 award in Food Safety in Catering in Sep ’10 and also achieved my EDI Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality services in June ‘1.

I have recently attended refresher training in Food Hygiene and Safety in Catering in Nov ’14. I ensure that the dietary requirements of all the children are catered for and have attended training on allergens in food. I have two children Louise who is a Room Leader here at Claremont and Ryan who is at high school.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two granddaughters Ellie and Olivia and with the rest of my family.
